Our LONG pencil skirt is a double layer tube with a fold down waistband. It can be folded at any height on your waist that is most comfortable for you OR it can be pulled up and worn as a tube dress! It’s also a perfect item for pre/during/post pregnancy and will stretch with you til 9 months and then the fabric will bounce back and retain its shape afterwards!
