    Bringing fromZION Unparalleled comfort to you is the result of a complete design process from print design and fabric composition to end product. We design and manufacture original hand draws digitized prints and once the run of fabric has been used thats it's life span completed.

    Yes, fromZION ships world wide and when you spend over $200 in a single purchase after any discounts have been applied you will receive FREE Shipping

  • What Shipping companies do you use?

    We use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers for National delivery. DHL and Australia Post for international delivery.

  • If order today, will it arrive tomorrow?

    In peak times it can take up to 7 Business days to process your order. Depending on your location once the order is packed you may receive it next day.

  • How do I check my delivery status?

    Every parcel comes with tracking - no exceptions. Parcels are not to be left at an unattended premises (couriers have been notified of this but do not always abide)

  • Who will send my delivery? (Australia)

    We mainly use Fastway Couriers. The are generally on par with express post or even faster! Please be aware that WA is an area of Australia that takes much longer to ship than all other states. Fastway delivers to most areas between 1-7 business days. Some areas can take around 10 working days (eg. WA)

  • Who will send my delivery? Cont. (Australia)

    We also use Australia Post for PO Boxes and areas outside of Fastway delivery zoning.

  • Delivery from From HQ

    fromZION Head Office is based in an area not classed as a "CITY" so Australia Post does not guarantee any of the express delivery timeframes, which is why we do not offer express post.

    Calculated by weight OR free when you spend over $200AUD (approx $150USD)

  • How can I track my delivery? (International)

    Every parcel comes with tracking - no exceptions. Parcels are not to be left at an unattended premises (couriers have been notified of this but do not always abide)

  • Who will send my delivery? (International)

    To keep international prices as low as possible (Nobody likes paying shipping!) The only option during checkout has been gathered from DHL and is an exact amount based on the weight of your order and location. We do not charge any extra. This INCLUDES tracking.

  • I didn't get my parcel, but my tracking states that it's been delivered?

    If you do not receive your parcel but the tracking says that you did, we are not responsible for lost packages! Please launch an enquiry directly with the postal service who delivered your order.

  • How long will my delivery take? (Australia and International)

    7-21 working days.

  • Who is your International Courier?

    Our International Courier is DHL.

  • Can you ship my 2 orders together?

    We do not combine shipping on separate orders. Due to the volume of orders that we get each day - every order gets printed out in correct order of when it was placed, to be packed as is. We avoid making any changes to orders once made so that the least mistakes get made as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Can I get some help with sizing?

    I've added the size chart for you as it will help you stay on track to get the best fit and comfort out of the fromZion products.
